You may recall a while back when I told you of a very thankful Thanksgiving at our home - a surprise visit by my brother-in-law.
Most of you who read this blog are aware that Eva's brother, Cosme has been ill for quite some time. Wednesday morning, Cosme passed peacefully at home while in the arms of his wife, with his mother, his in-laws, and Eva at his side.
We appreciate all your kind words, thoughts and prayers.Cosme at his finest...

My condolences.
Eva,
You are in my prayers everyday. We send our condolences to your entire family. May Cosme rest in peace and watch over each and every one of you.
Lea & Mat
I'm very sorry for your family's loss.
Wow, I just read the Thanksgiving story and felt the need to comment again. What an unselfish act of LOVE, COURAGE, and just pure awesomeness that Eva gave up a kidney so that he could have more years on this earth. Here's to you, Eva....what an amazing sister you are. He was lucky and blessed to have you in his life and I am hoping his pain has ended now.
Eva and Dave, I'm so sorry to hear about Cosme passing. No doubt you loved him dearly. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers and sending BIG (((HUGS))) from New Braunfels.
Dave and Eva, please accept Pete's and my condolence for the loss of your brother. You are in our thoughts and in our prayers.
Pete and Lydia Garza
Oh no! I knew Cosme when I worked at SwRI. In fact, we worked in the same bldg. I am so shocked and I am so, so sorry to hear this. I would like to offer my condolence Eva, Dave and family.
Dave and Eva...very sorry to hear of your loss.
I knew Cosme at SwRI when I worked there, too! Dave and Eva, I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember Cosme as one of the funniest and friendliest people I had ever met. My prayers are with you and your family.
Thank you all so much for the outcry of love and support and prayers you have given myself and my family.I miss my big and favorite brother but I know he is in a better place. He had a lot of strength and faith and that is what I have to get through this. Thank you again,
Evamarie
I am so sorry for your loss. I haven't had the time to read all of my regular blogs and I'm quite late with my condolences but I still wanted to say something.
