Flat Tire: No, Really Flat...

I'm constantly on the lookout for something out of the ordinary and as I was taking a different route from my downtown office the other day, just to see what was there to see, I happened upon this poor unfortunate soul.From what I could surmise, this guy's axle ceased to function as it normally should.Man, what do you do when this happens? I don't think the spare tire is going to help. What's strange is that he was able to pull into a parking lot, and not have it come off while driving down the road.
