A guy I work with used his cell phone to capture this little act of strangeness while looking for a place to park at Sam's today. 
Parking spots don't seem to be a problem. He just couldn't find a place to put his shopping cart when he was done with it.* See more Strange stuff in San Antonio...

I saw a similar parking situation at our local Krogers. Except the little old lady had taken out the rail down the middle of the cart return area and trashed the front of her car.
The police were called and when they arrived she was no where to be found.
It seems she didn't notice anything had happened and was in the store shopping.
I saw some strange parking at a police station one time. I took a pic of it, but never really bandied it about, afraid the coppers would hunt me down. >:)
