It would appear that something, presumably an automobile (or perhaps, a bulldozer), crossed the bike lane and the sidewalk on Timber Path near Village Park in the Commons subdivision, and made a mess of someone's fence and shed.
At the bottom of the pile was the big green utility box for that area, and CPS workers were preparing to do whatever they do in a situation like this.Strange. That's one way to make up your mind it is time to replace the fence and clean out the shed.

...and it wasn't even on a curve so that the drunk would have that excuse. Wonder if it made the news last night?
See, that car was a wimp. Not bold enough to take on a whole house, so it took its aggressions out on a hapless shed instead.

Would that be considered destruction of city property? The bike sign?
