I threw on a pan of oil, used my special breading device I purchased for a few bucks out at the Bass Pro Shop the one time we went there, and it was on!
Meanwhile, as the fish got cooked, I tossed a few specially marinated skewers of shrimp onto the grill.
Good eats all around. If I find any leftovers in the morning, I'll whip up some grits and have at it. As my dad would say, Lawzy!

Grits? Yuk!
Yea. My wife has the same reaction.
You people need to try grits with about a spoon full of butter, some shredded cheese and another spoon or two of butter.
Trust me. Tasty Treats.
Oh, you didn't tell me they were healthy food!

Well... I don't know if I should take that as a compliment - like I would do well as a fry cook.
Or if I should be worried that you know something about what awaits me Monday morning when I walk into the office!
